Fulcrum put this property under contract in February 2017.  We fast-tracked this project working with the city of Vallejo and had our application submitted in June 2017 for a 114,000 square foot building with 140 beds.  Our entitlements were approved in October 2017, with groundbreaking in June 2018 and a Grand Opening in January 2021.  This community is now over 90% occupied.
