This beautiful 2.1-acre site is located in the coveted County of Marin along the Novato Creek in Novato CA. The 73,000 square foot, 3-story community will consist of 55 assisted living units and 31 memory care beds. We are currently obtaining the entitlements for this property and expect to have all approvals in 2024.
